Titanic Port Bakirkoy Hotel Istanbul

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the Spa & wellness centre offered a variety of relaxing treatments, and the indoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. the barbeque grills in the outdoor swimming pool area were a unique and enjoyable touch.

The restaurant options were limited, with mainly Halal food available. the poolside snack bar made up for it with delicious and diverse options.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bustling shopping area, making it easy to indulge in retail therapy. It is also close to the Metro station, providing easy access to the historical sites of the city. Additionally, there is a big shopping mall nearby, perfect for those who love to shop. A cozy coffee area just off the reception adds to the overall charm of the hotel.

The lighting in the room could be improved.

The hotel's location was perfect for my city trip, with easy access to shopping areas and nearby attractions. The staff at the reception was very friendly and accommodating, and they even upgraded my room upon request. The spa facilities were excellent, and I enjoyed a relaxing time there.

There were a couple of minor issues. there was a small misunderstanding about the payment for a New Year party, but it was quickly resolved.

Amazing staff, great hospitality, and convenient location near shopping centers and the airport. Mesmerizing experience with better rates in the city.

Felt like a VIP, nothing to complain about.

During our recent stay at a hotel in Istanbul, we were really surprised by the level of service provided. We had a specific situation where we needed assistance with the meeting arrangements, and the staff member, Nihan, were really nice too help us. She took it upon herself to organize the meeting room for us, even though it wasn't her responsibility. Nihan's dedication and willingness to help made our experience really good. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the excellent service we received.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers, train stations, bus stops, and restaurants. The free airport transportation was a great perk, and the breakfast and main dishes were delicious. The customer service at Titanic Port is the best I've experienced anywhere in the world.

My recent stay at Titanic Port Bakirkoy was fantastic. I traveled to Turkey for business purposes and stayed for a week. The hotel's location was excellent, with markets and malls close by. Everything about my stay was exceptional, starting with Mrs. Ayşegül YURTTAŞ, the Guest Relation Supervisor, who was incredibly kind and helpful. The airport shuttle service was punctual and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and as a complimentary gesture for my honeymoon, they even prepared a cake for me. The breakfast was delicious, and I will definitely return to this beautiful hotel.

we were offered an upgraded room, a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was very convenient, especially for those traveling for business. The airport was just a short taxi ride away, saving us valuable time. there was a mall within walking distance, making it easy to find any necessities or enjoy some shopping.

There were a few aspects of our experience that were disappointing. the late check-out fee was quite steep, with no exception for loyal customers.
